Green
Grown mainly in China and Japan, green tea undergoes very little oxidation during production. It contains less caffeine and retains a higher concentration of vitamins and antioxidants than black tea. Regular consumption of green tea is medically recognized to reduce the risk of certain cancers and heart disease, while preventing viral infections and strengthening teeth and bones. The flavors of the leaf are many, ranging from grassy to toasty.
