The root of the Polynesian herb kava is known for its ability to help relieve stress, anxiety, tension and sleeplessness. We brew it with steamed milk, cinnamon and honey, so ask if you'd prefer just kava and water. Don't be surprised if your tongue goes slightly numb. Not recommended for women who are pregnant or nursing.
