A press is a great way to make both coffee and tea. Add the proper amount of leaves, fill with hot water, allow to steep to your preferred taste and push down the plunger. The leaves are locked in tight at the bottom of the press. Beware, the last serving may be fairly strong as the leaves don't completely cease steeping. We have many customers who like to drink bold black tea or strong yerba máte and use a press for home preparation.
